Career Trial for Employers
Assess jobseekers' job fit through a short-term trial before offering employment

Career Trial is an avenue for employers to assess jobseekers' job fit through a short-term trial, before deciding to offer employment to those found suitable. During the trial duration (up to 480 hours for full time positions and up to 240 hours for part time positions), the training allowance will be borne by WSG / NTUC's e2i.

  • Must be legally registered or incorporated in Singapore, with a Unique Entity Number (UEN) registered with ACRA
  • Actively hiring for jobs paying $1,500 (for full-time or $750 for part-time position) or more
  • Offer employment to suitable jobseekers on permanent terms or on contract terms that are no less than one (1) year after completion of Career Trial 

  1. Apply to be host company with your hiring position under "Click Here to Apply".
  2. Post hiring position on MyCareersFuture portal and submit Job ID under My Applications.

  1. Accept your jobseeker's MyCareersFuture application on MyCareersFuture portal, by setting status to “Hired".
  2. Send Career Trial invite to jobseeker, by going to My Applications and clicking on “Send / Withdraw Invitation”.
  3. Await jobseeker's submission of Career Trial application.
  4. Commence Career Trial within one month of approval notification.
